DAILY ROUTINE

What a typical day at the Advesa office looks like

MORNING

First thing first, coffee and breakfast. Grab your morning pick-me-up from our fully stocked kitchen to get you going. Our morning is not always rushed. We like to take some time in the morning to visualize our daily tasks, chat about our weekend plans, or whatever you have in mind with your teammates.

Our morning standups are also great opportunities to sync up and collaborate with our overseas team via Jamboards, and discuss project goals and updates.

AFTERNOON

Refuel with a half hour paid lunch break. Prepare your lunch in the kitchen or take a lunch outing with your teammates. Take this time to explore parts of town, try new foods, have new conversations, and take your mind off work.

On days the brain juices run low, we like to step out for a little inspo, because brainstorms are just better with booze, balls and engaging conversations! Play a round of ping-pong, indulge in some video games or just take a quick breather to recharge and refresh.

END OF DAY

Wind down the day with a meeting with your team to discuss progress, learning and growth opportunities as well as company-wide huddle to touch base with what other departments are working on. After work, enjoy building facilities such as in-door gym and cafeteria.

On Fridays, kickstart the weekend with a beer and a cheer with office drinks from our beer kegs!
