By analyzing the discovery and purchase journeys of consumers around the world, we were able to create a customer-centric experience which capitalizes on the complex and disparate ways in which these wellness products are discovered, selected, and ultimately purchased.
Nutrition At a Glance
Wellway embraces the myriad of nuances in consumer health preferences, and seeks to identify them through an easy-to-use web experience. We designed a smooth navigation of products categorized by the unique health benefits and concerns of customers.
We built a 24/7 online support portal and educational blog site, empowering customers to make informed decisions about the nutritional value of their purchases. In addition, a comprehensive search engine optimization (SEO) was conducted which increased organic site traffic by over 67%.

One of the general challenges with any eCommerce platform is the flexibility and scalability of the interface. To overcome this, we developed a suite of plugins that enabled Wellway to completely customize every aspect of their site from product features and navigational updates to landing pages and blog layouts.
